Structural, optical and magnetic properties of nickel–copper ferrite NixCu1−x Fe 2O4

چکیده

Nickel-copper ferrite nanoparticles NixCu1-x Fe2O4 with values x = 0.3, 0.5,0.7 fabricated by combustion method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzes confirmed the formation of structure. The average size crystals was estimated to range from 39 44 nm. particle morphology detected and interpreted FSEM scanning microscope porosity characteristic structure based on method observed. FTIR analysis performed investigate bonds in which tensile vibrational mode tetrahedral site wavelength 500–600 cm−1.The magnetic properties were investigated using VSM effect increasing copper ion MS saturation magnetization HC coercivity force investigated. With respect for synthesized samples, it observed that Cu content .3 .5 decreased then such at .5, we had lowest magnetism. Reduction Copper ions occupy ferric sites iron are transferred octahedral sites. results UV–Vis indicate complete absorption samples. linearity edge spectrum relates a direct energy band gap conductivity
